Hi I’m Dr Leonaura Rhodes, also known as Coach Leonaura, and I love helping women like you thrive.
I have worked with over 20,000 people over the last 30 years in medicine, coaching and training.
As a physician I came to realize that life is very precious and each day is a gift. We owe it to ourselves to live our best lives.
My obsession with optimizing life, led me to get my Masters in Public Health, Brain Health Coach and Trainer certification and Strategic Intervention Training (Robbins-Maddanes). In a break from entrepreneurship I worked for world famous Tony Robbins as a Results Coach and Business Results Trainer, where I was the only physician on staff.
I have authored two books and several courses, including four for Harvard Health Publishing and am host of a the Mindful Medics Podcast on the Influent Network.
I live in Connecticut, USA with my husband and two adult sons. I have designed my life and business to optimize health, happiness and abundance - which for me is about quality time to spend with people that really matter to me, resources to enjoy life and opportunities to help others live their best lives.
When I am not working I am kayaking, taking photos (often on a kayak), dancing at concerts, taking nerdy courses, traveling and making memories with friends and family.
